We, Coromandel International Limited (Office No. 504. 5th Floor, Eastern Court, Sion-Trombay Road, Opp Wasan House, Chembur, Mumbai 400 072, India, Tel: 91 22 2526 5201 Fax: 91 22 2526 5250), hereby authorize Shandong Zhongxin Kenong Biological Technology Co., Ltd to fight against counterfeits on our behalf in Chinese market.

As the strategic partner of Coromandel International Limited, here we certify that only Shandong Zhongxin Kenong Biological Technology Co., Ltd can repack Mancozeb 80% WP (PD number: PD20140432F150059) using our company name in China. Any third party couldn’t use Coromandel’s company name to repack Mancozeb 80% WP in China if without Coromandel’s approval. Shandong Zhongxin Kenong Biological Technology Co., Ltd need to check with Coromandel first when they fight against any fake product. Coromandel will not enter into any dispute due to fight against fake product. All label for small package Mancozeb 80% WP that sold in China need to be recorded in Coromandel International Limited and Shandong Zhongxin Kenong Biological Technology Co., Ltd.
